Here are a few things that Jenée and I do regularly for self-care:

  1. Gardening
  2. Exercising (Tennis!)
  3. Re-reading or Re-watching a favorite story
  4. Baking your favorite cake
  5. Ordering out for dinner
  6. Playing with pets
  7. Walking in Nature
  8. SLEEPING
  9. Meeting up with the BFF
  10. Taking a bath
  11. STRETCHING
  12. Sex
  13. Meditating (Janet listens to audio hypnosis)
  14. ART
  15. Hiking on a new trail or doing a new bike route
  16. Calling up friend you have talked to in years
  17. Re-organizing/designing a room
  18. Playing video games (Janet plays Two Dots on her phone)
  19. Adding new ideas on Pinterest
  20. WRITING
