- Gardening
- Exercising (Tennis!)
- Re-reading or Re-watching a favorite story
- Baking your favorite cake
- Ordering out for dinner
- Playing with pets
- Walking in Nature
- SLEEPING
- Meeting up with the BFF
- Taking a bath
- STRETCHING
- Sex
- Meditating (Janet listens to audio hypnosis)
- ART
- Hiking on a new trail or doing a new bike route
- Calling up friend you have talked to in years
- Re-organizing/designing a room
- Playing video games (Janet plays Two Dots on her phone)
- Adding new ideas on Pinterest
- WRITING
